Guests can enjoy a resort-style pools, state-of-the-art gyms, and BBQ grills at most locations. Whether you’re staying in one of our vacation houses for rent in Florida or California or our luxury condos, you’ll have access to all amenities provided by the property.
Can I get packages delivered to me during my stay?
Yes, receiving packages is permitted during your stay at our properties. Please ensure they are properly addressed as per the instructions provided upon booking.
How do I extend my reservation?
Should you wish to extend your luxurious escape in our luxury home rentals in Florida or California, simply reach out to your host. If the additional dates are available, we will gladly accommodate your request, allowing you more time to enjoy our house rentals in Miami, Florida, or California.
What is your cancellation policy?
Lunabase Travelstays offers a flexible cancellation policy for those planning their getaway to luxury vacation rentals in Florida or California. You can cancel your reservation at least thirty days prior to check-in without penalty. However, if you cancel or shorten your reservation within thirty days of arrival, you may be charged a partial or the full accommodation fee. For bookings made through third-party platforms, their cancellation policy will apply. This policy ensures flexibility for guests looking forward to their stay in our waterfront apartments in Miami and mountain friendly luxury homes in California.
What happens if I need to leave before my checkout date?
For changes to your stay in our luxury vacation rentals, including early departures, please refer to our cancellation policy for guidance.
Are pets allowed?
Most of our Lunabase properties are pet friendly, and please see the details within each listing or contact us to confirm any property specific details relating to pets. While we love animals, in some properties, in order to maintain an allergen-free environment for guests susceptible to allergies, pets are not permitted.
Is parking included?
Each of our Miami vacation home rentals includes one or more free assigned parking space for your convenience, ensuring a hassle-free experience during your luxury stay in Miami. All of our California homes also include free parking.
Can I leave my bags at the front desk after I checkout?
Due to the unique nature of our accommodations, we’re unable to offer luggage storage post-checkout. We recommend using external services for your convenience.
Are your locations smoke-free?
Yes, to ensure the comfort and health of all guests, our entire property, including Miami oceanfront condos for rent, is smoke-free.
How do I request an early check-in or a late checkout?
While we strive to accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts for our luxury home rentals in Florida, these requests are subject to availability and an additional fee.
